All these people mentioned love you and care for you. Appreciate you may not be able to tell them how you feel in real life, especially with the bairns.
Imagine though. Imagine you did tell them. Imagine their face and voices as they tell you they're with you and everything will be ok. Imagine them hugging you if they're huggy people or whatever their characteristics are - imaging them making you a cuppa, imagine them cracking a joke etc. Think of the good things you've been through together.
That's a useful form of grounding to help bring your thoughts back to the present and lessen the negative thoughts.
