Fair shout would be a way to get everyone in without damaging the 4 seamers you pretty much need.

Not used to having such a top class overseas pacer to call on, my brain just went for the tried and tested "homegrown" trio.

nice to see a few different people contributing with runs or wicket. Good for Gibson getting a couple. And Parky with 6!
 
I’m hoping with being division one this year, that the streams will be a lot better when we play at the bigger grounds this summer

One thing I’m hoping does not happen, is that they start to charge to watch, like some do for T20

Not sure who is now actually in Zimbabwe but interesting to see who they select. Will they give all the players a game who didn't play in the first match and possibly give debuts to another couple of youngsters or do they use it as playing the players who are likely to start the opening championship match.

Interview with Ackerman and shots of the squad in the nets. Recognise very few so must be academy or rookie contracts.

Yeah just read the Durham squad update that score-board put up and he apparently has a hamstring injury which he is rehabbing from. But if he is fit enough he certainly should get a go. He won't find many wickets in the first couple of months in England like the one in Harare.

Should be just about to go off for tea.

But the rain delays means they've only had 21 overs. 57/1

Hard to tell as camera behind the batsman but looked like Jones got bit of unexpected bounce, looked a bit unplayable as edged behind to slips.
 
Ackermann in at 3 today. They are keeping everyone guessing as to what the line up will be on the first day of the season
