Ipswich at home, not a mistake by him, 2nd goal the striker got a run on him.

Todays, not even remotely his fault, he was about to intercept the ball until it took 2 deflections.

But if we did start him, surely we would play to rusyns strengths and press, particularly with ba next to him.

Jobe was much better playing prichards role earlier in the season. Rusyn did plenty of hold up work in the last league game, made runs, found space in the box and finished his chance well. That last bit is what we're missing at the minute.

I know I sound all doom and gloom considering we're 7th with everything to play for, but it just seems that nothing has changed for the better since Beale has come in and it doesn't look like it will either.

I hope whatever happens we start seeing some of the better performances we had from individuals more regularly, but I don't see where it starts.

I do think Rusyn would do well with a press but what we did today was a very half hearted press that was never executed properly... I do think Rusyn will play against Hull.

We seem to be going backwards with our general play, just unsure where teammates are.

We stepped it up at the end and jobe made that chance for adil, makes you wonder why we don't press.

I hate that passive channel marking way we try to play, it gives away the initiative.

Coventry at home x2, Boro at home and that one he got mauled off the corner that I can’t remember who it was against.

That’s before you mention the penalty he should have given away at home to Boro for body slamming their player.

He was and it’s not the player I would have taken off at that time. However, if Aouchiche had scored the substitution would have been fine.

He didn’t score and then gave away a stupid free kick that ultimately cost us the game. As a coach I guess you live or die by your decisions. I don’t know a lot about Aouchiche, but I reckon bringing on a striker at the time should have been more of a priority. The kid cost us the game, unfortunately.
