A great big rainbow gay flag, along with hundreds (or thousands) of gay flags for people to wave. In one section of the ground, with only those flags, nowt else. (You could do it in all 3 stands as far as I am concerned).

Bit like moaning about people doing charity etc, I've always found people that moan about others doing something off their own backs as a bit strange and maybe jealous. If you don't like what someone who volunteer's their time and effort than you knarr get off your arse and do it yourself.
