Thus far only Boro have had banners up highlighting their hideous ownership.

It’s not just their pile though , they have responsibilities for employees and shareholders etc . If people don’t think the Saudi’s could have an influence on the Dreyfus businesses they are very naive . Countries all over the world are bending over backwards for the Saudi Riyal .Scrap that, found the link:

We all have to make choices in life. The rich have the power (and arguably responsibility) to make choices that can be more influential than the rest of us. I hope they regret taking the wrong moral path here, if indeed it is for the sake a few more $$ to add to their pile.
They have all sorts of responsibilities. Most progressive companies now also consider their broader social responsibilities and wider stakeholders too. There are business consequences to making wrong moral choices in business these days. And many major investment funds won't go near O&G exploration or other morally questionable investments any more. It’s not just their pile though , they have responsibilities for employees and shareholders etc . I reckon insulting the Saudis out trumps broader social responsibilities , in potentially f***ing over your own business interests .They have all sorts of responsibilities. Would SO37 come forward and tell us what the offending banner said and then the club can tell us why the banner has been banned. Also this Safety Officer wanker needs removing from the club ASAP. If the RAWA want to make a job of anything surely been openly abusive to the SO and Davison in meetings and make every attempt to get rid of the fuckers. Surely that will get them a little bit of kudos.
It's big thread mate can't read it all so didn't realise.
It’s alright Mowsy , sitting in your mars house all day posting windups 24/7 means you will never have to make financial decisions like that .That's alright that. Get those cheeks a little wider.
Palace did too. its all contributing to the negativity around our club. Won't be long and many will be done with Football, Golf and Boxing. Thus far only Boro have had banners up highlighting their hideous ownership.
Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it would actually boost them long term, and if enough people hold them to task it might sink in that they (the Saudis) need to change, not us pander to them.I reckon insulting the Saudis out trumps broader social responsibilities , in potentially f***ing over your own business interests .

In all seriousness, would you take the risk with your own families fortune for the sake of a flag that would be forgotten minutes later .Maybe, maybe not. Let's not overestimate their influence either. Saudi is about 1.3% of the global economy. It's easy enough to do business without them.
156k posts on here suggests you ran out of patter in the real world many years ago .You can tell he's tucked when he rolls out that sort of shite patter![]()
Our supporters wanted to be above that sort of thing. We're just not good at protest, which is why we had that spell in league one.I'm on about the NE. Bit embarrassing they have and we haven't.
Mbs will not be there likeIn all seriousness, would you take the risk with your own families fortune for the sake of a flag that would be forgotten minutes later .
Their actual owner and member of the Saudi Government will probably be in attendance and it would be hugely embarrassing for the Dreyfus family .

That would've been class.
