Forthcoming gigs.

Just made a Billy Bragg playlist ahead of next Friday’s gig. First time I’ll have seen him.
seen him many times, including that first tv appearance on the tube he mentioned to Jules the other night. He wandered up and down the queue to get in playing New England over and over, did our heads in

I've got tickets for Friday but missing it because we booked a late weekend away with the lads. My Mrs who used to moan like fuck when I played him is looking forward to taking the kids because once she'd seen him live she was a convert

£52.10 after fees.
.
I'm lying - came to £54.60 after the transaction fee.
So that's a yes ..
Enjoyed the Fire station
Paul Grey was the only reason I made the effort . Worth it for the Rick through Ampeg amp alone
I just realised it's the '80s lineup with Gray. I saw Scabies and thought they were doing the original lineup again with James - shoulda read it properly.

Think I could quite fancy that like.

You seen this @JAZZMANB?? I know you rate the Black Album. Or d'ya not wanna step back in time? ;)
Lot of time for this band but seen them plenty .

I thought the Firestation gig was the James/Scabies/Sensible/Vanian line-up??? I wasn't there like (left it too late for a ticket after umming n 'arrin) so happy to be corrected.

This is being peddled as the first time the '80s lineup have played since 1989.

I've not seen them with Scabies so I've got mesell a ticket. Just need to work out who to gan with now as the lads aren't interested.

No mate Scabies wasn't there but the Big priced reunion shows were happening in tandem to this line up .
Great gig, the big surprise was Vanian . His voice and energy was class . Grey was cool as fk

Saw then in Newcastle last year, was a great gig. I'll be there tomorrow hoping for the same.
see if you can convince @tunstallhill it's worth a dodge down.

i saw them at green man earlier this year. really good. not the same quirky pop they once were, a deeper more mature sound. it's crazy really given they've been around so long, yet still look about 19. maybe i'm just getting old.

The Charlatans tomorrow night at Newcastle City Hall
What format/platform have you got your ticket on ?
I'm at the NCH in a few days and I've just had an email from ticketmaster telling me to download an o2 app and i have to use that, but the reviews on the app store all say its shite and doesn't work.
