Nice bottle but it inevitably tastes like a young whisky. It’s an ok drinker but very simple.

Smokehead is ok. Most of the others suffer from being very thin due to their 40% abvs.

I grabbed a Classic Laddie for £35 on Prime Day, 50%abv it's a good value dram at that price
AD Rattray new single cask releases are out, nothing tempting me in. Anyone had a look?

Bugger all at Prime Day, well apart from a bottle of Naked Malt for Xmas visit from MIL

Got the Tullibardine’18” and Kingsbarn Dream to Dram in latest SWA…also the MOM Blair Athol single cask for £32 and also a bottle of Turntable Bittersweet Symphony from Master of Malt
 
Here's a daft one, found this in the forge and thought, I'll have that (it's a miniature).
Then I realised I bought it about 25 years ago for a big £2.89.
Sadly the bottle is not aged marked, but thought I would quickly check it is not worth anything before I quaff it :lol:

Heading back home tomorrow, couldn't resist another visit to the Thompson Bros shop today.

The Glen Moray 14yo is excellent, hopefully these are too.

No, but I bought a 26yo Aberlour from them previously, it was great value at £65
