ODI World Cup

f***ing mirror of yesterday, difference is Netherlands are an associate member.

They have to get to 300 here. Still 19ovs left but all the main bats are out.
 

De Leede has the wickets but think Ackermann has also bowled well. Durham past, present and future all over this World Cup already. Just not for England- yet.

It was always September even in its heyday and the weather did tend to intervene at times. Certainly did on our last visit where the toss effectively clinched a damp low scorer and the one before which went to the reserve day on the Sunday. At least it was Lord’s though.

Pakistan will probably bowl far better than we did yesterday defending a similar total. Netherlands will still have to do very well to win from here. Near enough 300 is a very tough chase for an associate side against this attack on any pitch.

Yep agree. I think the big difference with yesterday, is the pitch is turning a lot more. It will be harder for the Dutch to attack like the kiwi duo did.

Handy last wicket partnership from them there, but like yesterday a lot of their batters will be disappointed they didn't kick on from the starts they had.
 
Ryan Campbell is one of the analysts on TMS. He really does come across very well, especially when taking about his love for Dutch cricket and the associate nations in general.

Yeah also just the opposition. This score would be below par against a strong batting lineup but Netherlands are not exactly a ‘par’ standard batting side are they. Hopefully they get close but could see them falling 50/60 short.
