Alex Neil -Sunderland legend in the making.

He’s an absolute fraud.

Looking back he had a League One squad with Ross Stewart, Jack Clarke, and Patrick Roberts fully fit.

Lawrie McMenemy alongside Howard Wilkinson could have got that quality promoted.

You claimed Mcmenemy could have got us up. What's factual about that

Funny how Neil did what three managers before him couldn't do
The three managers before that didn’t have the quality on the pitch.

Anyway, I think the last year has shown us the limitations of Alex Neil.

Just ask these Stoke fans.

Mcmenemy would have got us relegated, the f***ing fraud.

Alex Neil is a cad, a bounder and a f***ing snake for the way he left us but he did a brilliant job in getting us promoted. Promotion looked like it had gone after the Bolton thrashing, then the catastrophic results against Doncaster, Cheltenham and Wimbledon.

His loss that he didn't see the job through, he'll never manage a bigger club than us.

Lee Johnson had the same squad as AN and AN found a way to get the best out of them and get us up

Still a good manager imo. Better as an Alladyce role coming in and turning things around than long term building.

made an arse of it at stoke so far though.
