Coffee shops in Sunderland

Not technically a coffee shop but Good Apple does good coffee and fantastic dinner time soup/wraps etc.. can't get food like that anywhere else in Sunderland

Been to pop recs today, was rammed. Nice coffee and curried broccoli and hummous sandwich on that focaccia bread. Belted

Both class places often have the soup in the Good Apple and the sandwiches in both places are quality.

Mentioned to the bairn there's plenty of coffee shops about now. Came out the Bunker and passed Otto's, Patticake Pattiserie and Grinder just on the way home.

Always feel like I'm missing out not drinking coffee but it knocks me sick. Used to like the Quilliam Brother's tea place in Newcastle though.

Quilliam bros did great coffee as well. Was always busy I’m amazed it closed.

My two favourites would be Paticake Patisserie in Thornhill Cres. lovely staff coffee and quality cakes and Coffee 57 High Street West opposite Primark friendly staff top coffee and the legendary Mullers pink slice available.

I'm sure people on here have got many other coffee shops that they like.

That the one where the bloke who runs its got a skinhead and built like a mountain?

Love Biz-r opposite Mackie Corner. Always very popular
That bloke with perma tan and suspiciously dark hair for his age who used to work in crow tree leisure centre is always sat outside there
He’s wearing a Sunderland university polo so I suspect he’s skiving
