Russell Martin has Ross Stewart as his main target **Transfer confirmed **

Speaksy has that sorted

Ooooh baby do you know what that’s worth
Naziry rusyn is the best on earth
The Ukrainian Phillipsy is just what we need
He’ll take Sunderland to a relatively safe mid table position

I've a horrendous feeling we'll only sign that Ukrainian lad, really hope I'm wrong, it's a good fee all things considered, but a day before the window closes, this could be a disaster. Thanks Stewart for the memories, rather he stayed, but no grudges against him.

Tomorrow will show the boards true ambitions imo.

Wish him well but suspect that he won’t be the player he was before his injury.

8.5 million (after we give Ross County there 15%) is decent.

Well what will be will be hope Dreyfus picks cannon or some proven striker on the way back plenty of clubs between here and Southampton in fact that’s nearly all of the 😂😂

Given the guaranteed part is coming from the same place saying Ross County are getting £1.2m then surely it must be true or are you being selective?
If its Guaranteed add ons fair enough

point still stands the here and now isnt enough to cover what Everton want for Cannon

Kane had a year left and went for over 100 million

yes different level but same situation….one stuck firm and got what they needed and the other team (us) have caved at 6.8 million
Not a different level. About several different levels.

Plus with Kane, a Spurs icon and boyhood fan ("He's one of our own...") - you're risking your life to even contemplate selling him. Luckily for Levy, he finally lucked out on a charismatic figure, playing a supremely dynamic style of football, who can soothe the most savage breasts of the most die hard fans.

£10m is very good business for a player in the final year of his contract who was refusing to sign an extension providing we can replace in the next two days. I have faith that the club have one or two lined up to bring in

They’re guaranteed add ons so will happen

I’d be interested to know what makes a guaranteed add on! I’m assuming it’s linked with amortisation and accountancy as opposed to player performance otherwise how could it be guaranteed?!

At face value it’s a good deal. I think I posted on here previously that the club would accept £8m for him so to squeeze another couple of million is good. However, it’s only a good deal if we follow it up with a good buy of our own. Another bairn that may or may not come good in the next three year isn’t satisfactory. Nor is a loan.

Watching the telly and the great British bake off advert's just come on playing Stewart's tune ffs. In bits here. Why Lord, why us!?

The mags are playing in Milan and we've never been there, none of us, no one from the whole of Wearside.
