We are very close to tearing most teams apart.

Get O9 out the back 4 into CDM replace with Batth.

Drop Ekwah/Neil for this to happen. Drop Jobe for Pritch/Dack and play a striker.

That team wins both games.

Jobe isn't ready to start every week.
Neil/Ekwah is either or not both.

It's a pretty simple fix.

Or he could reign them in a bit and play a 3 instead of forcing bellingham into a 10 (which he isnt) and hoying hume into midfield like pep.

Don't worry rock. He hoys hume into midfield like he's Pep and we get done over the top in the gap where hume was originally.

It's a light hearted thread title. The rest of the post is what's happening on a weekly basis that people are ignoring because he's a decent bloke.

He has no clue whatsoever how to keep clean sheets or organise a team

It was fine with Hume coming inside when we had Roberts and Diallo overloading but that’s not happening now, and we’ve been short both games.

Midfielders have no idea what they’re supposed be doing, and Jobe is being shoehorned in as a 10. Lad has quality but it’s not balanced.

It was only a few months ago that we pasted Preston without a striker and we looked a mile away today, even with a few decent chances being spurned.

Bang on. He deserves far more questions than he's getting with the set up and tactics.

Why is hume going into midfield and Roberts is left up against 3 players all by himself? When he loses the ball, they get a 2nd in the gap left by hume.

It's f***ing comical how bad the coaching is.

You see Hume getting potted for his performances but he’s being told to do something that isn’t working.

Coupled with no covering midfielder, like Evans had been doing, it leaves us short too often.

He's not perfect, far from it, and deserves criticism.

But at the same time, he's been dealt a f***ing manky hand. Basically appoint and expected to get a group of kids competing, with numerous holes in the squad.

And having achieved it this year he's basically been told "well do the same again this year but on steroids". More kids, more holes.

Hes not perfect but he's far from the biggest problem.

We have conceded 22 goals in the 10 matches since we returned back from the summer. That’s over 2 goals conceded a game meaning we need to average 3 goals to win any game with the current system and playing staff.

Yes, we need a striker but we have a much bigger problem.
