Beauty of test cricket bud, ebbs and flows. This is not Ireland (with all respect to the Irish lads) this competition has been going since the late 19th Century and is huge for both countries, hence the petty bickering over nothing from both sides.

I'd be feel a good 40% more confident if we were chasing at the end.

Not sure England know how to bat first in an innings.

If theres not a repeat petformance of throwing wickets chasing boundaries, which is a big if, I can see us labouring to take the tail again
