What's wrong with calling out the fact that our wicket keeper didnt even move towards a standard'ish catch and instead relied on Root making a worldie.
That could easily have gone for four and Lasagne would still be in.

Yeah…Bairstow could have gone for it….but the reason for the slip cordon is to take catches.

Just saw the wicket. Root had no intention of going for it as it was a keepers catch all day long. He had to improvise in a split second to catch that. Bairstow just watched it go by him :lol:
