Yeah we have anticipated a day in Scarborough today and the weather albeit better, that pitch will be knackered. The amount of rain yesterday was unbelievable. Read a few tweets and they all say a month's worth of rain in a few hours with one weather station saying record daily rainfall in a day for 12 years. BBC news reporting 22, degrees so hopefully we should have a good day doing touristy stuff :lol:

I'm a bit baffled as to why as the BBC have forecasted rain all week hence one of the reasons we sacked the full week off and got our money back on our original booking. Met Office forecasted some rain as well yesterday, very much a mixed bag. BBC have on the whole got it spot on this week. It's a beautiful day here today mind.

I managed to lose my ticket for day three...or more likely it disintegrated
 
Expecting to start at 13:10, Durham will continue to bat for bonus points, then will have to declare and bowl in the second innings as they're currently -1 on their over rate. If no play possible Durham will be deducted 1 point for a slow over rate.

Could be a canny half an hour or so watching Borthwick and Parkinson taking the new ball :lol:

Joking aside, could still be a very decent day to watch if our lads are going for their shots and trying to score quickly.
