Bid rejected for Clarke

I would guess so. Only a couple of years ago our stars were Maguire and McGeady and we were signing Danny Graham. KLD has come in and transformed us and yet you are quite clearly desperate to slag off 'The Project'. No one needs to be blindly positive but you really are a very tiresome poster

Not arsed about two years ago

Its the future that we need to be looking at

He quite clearly enjoys coming on here to wind his own fans up, its beyond bizarre behaviour

Any opinion should be based on evidence. The evidence of KLD's time has been year on year improvement but, hey, let's all laugh at 'the Project'😎

Its not so much bizarre as dull. The lad is a dullard.

But but but its been rejected

Only a matter of time before someone crumbles

Stewart not signing a contract
Clarke supposedly wanting PL football
Mowbray wanting experience but not getting jt

Maybe Alex Neil was right

The project though 😎

How is any of that the clubs fault 😂

Fact we have premier league club bidding for Clarke shows the project is working.

Or would you rather we were signing players premier league clubs don't want?

The project is exactly that a project. It takes time.

We find players sell for profit and buy more players rinse repeat.

Seems people would rather we were wasting money on players that are shit as that would be showing ambition when in reality it's outdated with modern football

Let it go. Alex Neil left because of money. The project is working so far. You either a Mag or some weirdo who hopes we fail because you want to be right.

Well when two of the better players seemingly want to be away makes you wonder if all is well behind the scenes

Because it means we could lose one of our star players

That's surely an issue

Logically, we weren’t good enough last year to get up, so we have to bring new players in to strengthen the team, to make us that bit better. Logically we’re not gonna sell our more average players to generate the cash to strengthen, cos not many teams are going to want them or are going to pay a lot for them, if we stay with the same team (without amad btw), best we’re gonna do is flirt with playoffs. So, we have to sell our better players at a decent profit, to get funds to invest, and hope that our recruitment team finds another jack Clarke at the price we paid for him a year ago, leaving us money to buy whatever the manager deems we need. Simple model really.

Are you really saying as a club in the Championship, we are immune to selling our best players to a Premier League club? Mad if that's the way you are thinking tbh. I'm not happy at all at the thought but i'm realistic mate.
