Yep, informing Clarke and the agent of that keeps everyone in the loop and lets everyone know where each party stands - then they’ll know Burnley weren’t too keen on the price should it not happen by the weekend. That’s when we stop listening to offers.

Aw man. How many f***ing times do I have to say this ffs.
He left Leeds too early because a huge club offered the money, but his career stalled.

He left to get first team football, and build a career.
Why the fuck would he jump early in to the unknown again, with a club that is tiny compared to the Premier club he left to join us in the first place.

He is going f***ing nowhere man.
 
20m is what we should aim for. Long time left on his contract, he's homegrown and Burnley have Prem money burning a hole in their pocket.

If Ian Harte isn't full of shite he's also happy here too. Big 'if' though.

Look at the prices of eze, olise etc off seasons ago.

Clarke stats were better than both before they want to Palace...

Said exactly the same he’s wasted the last 3 years of his career at spurs. He’s playing every week and probably is the the main man of the team. Why would he want to move, especially to Burnley
