Alex Lees is not the answer, we have all seen that.

Crawley I think is an interesting discussion. It would appear that he is in there as some sort of pinch hitter, as a momentum shifter in the new regimes way of approaching games. He has some sort of test version of white ball Jason Roy role and hes clearly not going to be jettisoned on traditional average type grounds. The editorial on 'Bazball' does him and it a disservice, it is more layered than that.

Felt a bit flat last night, but renewed optimism this morning. Finishing work at 1, so will have a drive home as they have lunch and hopefully catch the rest of the day. I’ll settle for a quiet first hour this morning!

Enjoy it anyone who’s off to Headingley today, let’s hope it’s a handsome 1st innings lead by close.

Was it that tough? Didn't go that far down leg side, he just didn't react and didn't move his feet. If he takes just half a step left its a very comfortable take.

I hope he goes ham today, his confidence needs it as much as the team.
