If he's unfit why do we have so many bowlers who are sick notes. He's young and should be as fit as a butchers dog.

I think they are trying to cover for the fact Stokes maybe cant bowl.
Still not mad keen on Alis inclusion I think Tongue is fine fitness wise mate played every game for Worcestershire prior to call up.
Stokes not being his full self really throws off the balance of the side. Everyone remembers thats superb 134 last time At Headingly but he bowled a magic spell of 15 overs on the trot taking 3 keys the previous evening.
I read from the press conference his knee most be struggling after that 12 over spell at Lords.
