Maybe's somebody has read it off there like me and sent his mate down Burnley it.Mate of mine who’s a Burnley season ticket holder messaged me tonight saying the same thing. I asked who told him he said (verbatim)
“It’s second hand from someone I go to games with, who has a mate who lives up Sunderland way. I genuinely dunno how credible he is, but that’s what was passed on to me”
Sounds like this fella from Sunderland has a lot to answer for

There is no done deal of any sorts. Lots of clubs want Clarke. Means nowt until the price is paid. Till then it's time to just relax and hope our leaders have the minerals to get good money.

On your board Fatboy47 at 9:46 makes that claim. In response to Sunderland wanting £15m to £18m (which we dont) which he directly quotes, he says he missed the part where Clarke spent 4 seasons in prem as best (ok) British player in that position. The implication is that 4 yrs as best gets you in that price range. It doesn't.

They allegedly want £25 for Zaroury who had 12 goal contributions - half of Clarke's in a much better side. Might want to look at those numbers again lads.
