Bid rejected for Clarke

Not really sure how that is positive or negative. Agents making money off clients is a fact of life.

Enjoy your day, mate.

Can you clarify where I’ve said our hierarchy have stated we would sell for 15 million?

Also, I don’t live on here, mate so apologies I’ve not responded to a random bloke on the internet fast enough for you.
So you plucked a figure out of mid air and passed it off as fact

Read your own posts you said 15m we would sit down to discuss without any source given.Anyway not discussing further he wont be going anywhere unless 25m bid in.

I’d advise you the same tbf. I’ve not once said the figure came from the hierarchy, nor have I just picked a figure from thin air or passed it off as fact and my posts reflect that.

It seems you just have though which is ironic.

Harte couldn't have been more positive about us if he tried...some people man

Harte is a rare breed, an agent who actually carries some integrity. The one thing he is absolutely right in stating is that every player has his price….. if a bid of £20m is offered I believe sadly Clarke will be sold.

This whole model depends on receiving good value for our young players.

They would be mad to consider anything below £15m upfront and rising.

The £100million from the revenue from getting promoted would be far more beneficial to SAFC than taking £20m on a player who is so vital

If what Harte is saying is right and hes happy here forget about every player having a price. Keep him here, score and create the goals that will get us Premier League football
Exactly. All signings are a risk, even if we had a fair bit to spend. We know what we are getting with Clarke and that is someone who can make the difference between challenging and not.
We've already lost Amad who will be almost impossible to replace and £20m would unlikely to do so for both imo.
