They're percentile scores in relation to all players in that position, where bang average is 50. Basically, the closer to the edge is a relative strength and towards the centre is a relative weakness.
 
I am mildly concerned who his brother is is influencing this transfer but hopefully a relatively low risk move for us. I'm guessing the quoted figure will be based on several add ons.

I’m not sure whether that’s right. By the graph, Michut will be almost 60th percentile for aerial duels won. But he’s only 27th. Not sure all the radials are to the same scale but trying to work it out

Edit. And the passing accuracy radial seems to be actual %, not percentile

I don’t think it would. I reckon the best footballers are less than 10-15% better than most footballers. I think half as good as his brother would barely reach league two standard.
