@only one rade prica go to purchase history and click resend and see if you get that one, apparently ticket office said ppl will get the print offs later

for anyone else struggling, click top right hand corner, then "view account menu", "account management", "account history", then click on the Luton purchase and there is a resend email link.

Right so what made you go on at 11.55? 5 mins earlier. You clearly expected a queue of some sort. The demand is absolutely huge and queues are perfectly normal, and have been for a long time.

No I went on so that I could check my computer was fine to access the site. Iwas obviously wanting to go on as close after 12 as I could as I knew it would be busy.
I never expected for it to open before that time.

You should not have been granted access until 12 and then queued after that

It’s not even an online thing its any queuing in general. A shop won’t open its doors until a certain point but it doesn’t stop somebody sitting outside it for 12 hours to be the first one in

I agree but the shop is there -no one is stopping you accessing it. You could not queue online that far ahead

Amazing how 45,000 people have managed to buy tickets on a system that doesn't work and isn't fit for purpose.

I purchased Tuesday, have had confirmation but no tickets (checked junk).
Email confirmation says that if you have any queries regarding order to email ticket office.
Website comms regarding Luton Town home game states that "phone lines and email inboxes will be closed during sales period" and go to Stadium of Light to speak to someone in person.

This leaves your average full-time worker Saturday to get to the ticket office to resolve issues like this.

I'm all for digitalisation and modernisation but to have no means of modern, digital customer support in the lead up to 45k+ "customers" descending on your establishment is criminal.

Did you buy the seat your season ticket is for. If you check your account it will show Saturday as the next game.

No thats untrue- you could not accesss it at 8am or even 11am. At an arbitary time that was never published it opened and allowed you to queue

Yes you could access it, I was on it myself this morning. The only thing that wasn’t there was the luton game tickets and that wasn’t added until 12

Not 100% sure..

I've had MANAGE and ASSIGN functions for 8 of my network since last years SF vs Sheff Wed and have had no problems at all for that game, Wembley, or this currently playoff home leg.

aye same here. next year the manage feature will be key for allocating peoples ST to someone else for one game if they can't make it
