The difference is you always have access to the shop and it doesnt say you cant come until 12pm.
are you just bitter because you didnt get a ticket?

Its absolutely common sense you need to queue beforehand. they aren't gonna 25,000 people invade the website at the same time
 

People didn’t get access until 12pm but the website could tell lots of people were gathering before then so put them in a queue so when 12 hit the whole system didn’t crash

Then the site should have said we will start selling tickets at 12pm but you can access site and queue before then.

It didnt it actually said you cant access the ticket site until 12pm

If its the first time you have ever bought a ticket for a popular event online then yes you can complain

If they didn't have the queueing system the ticket sites would just fall over with everyone all trying to access at the same time
 
No i wouldnt but I would know I could go to the Arena at any time.
When I tried to log in yesterday the system clearly stated you cannot have access until 12pm
Yeah but this is the digital world… many sites I have used have said not to sign in and queue before the launch. In fact you are required to register the day before and are automatically assigned a random place in the queue - which in turn stops it crashing.

Its common practice and common sense.
If you say to people we open the queue 30 minute before hand you get the exact same issue 30 minutes earlier with people trying to log on before the queue opens
 
Not calling anyone a liar but I really don’t see how so many people have had problems. It literally takes less than a minute to do online
let me do it until i confirmed my bank details, then it said it couldn't accept the 16 digit number, even though its the same card number I've used for years. Nobody to answer the phones, so had to queue for nearly 3 hours to activate my SC, with the same card it wouldn't accept online, just glad I went Tuesday instead of yesterday when it was pissing down

It didn’t say that at all

“Please be advised that the fixture will be removed from sale from 10am-12noon on Thursday 11 May to allow time to release any season ticket seats not purchased during phase one. “

You couldn’t access the site thats the point. The queue is there to slowly allow people into the site at a time to stop it crashing for everyone. And if the club say queue opens at 11:30 you get the same issue where people will try and get before then

I got a ticket but was unable to get one for a child as could not get 2 together. It is not common sense. I could have gone on the site much earlier but when I went on yesterday it said you cannot access the ticket site until 12pm

It did not say that you could access it earlier and queue it said you would not be granted access until 12pm
That is wrong.

The site should have opened at 12 as said then people placed in the queue . Not an arbitary time before hand

I purchased Tuesday, have had confirmation but no tickets (checked junk).
Email confirmation says that if you have any queries regarding order to email ticket office.
Website comms regarding Luton Town home game states that "phone lines and email inboxes will be closed during sales period" and go to Stadium of Light to speak to someone in person.

This leaves your average full-time worker Saturday to get to the ticket office to resolve issues like this.

I'm all for digitalisation and modernisation but to have no means of modern, digital customer support in the lead up to 45k+ "customers" descending on your establishment is criminal.
Are you G-mail? If so set up a live email address and update account, go into history and re-send email. Try re-sending e-mail anyway if not g-mail.

That is wrong.
If we get through, there's going to be some right tantrums among our fan base when we don't get many more tickets than we have season ticket holders.
