Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I understand that but it should have started at 12pm when it said not 40 mins earlier
Sales didn’t start until 12 but who ever got on the site first rightfully should be sold tickets first.
Say you have a the ticket office selling tickets at 12pm when it opens, people could potentially queue outside for hours before hand. You can’t turn up at 11:59 and expect to be the first one allowed in

ticket sale did start at 12 Noon thou matey?

If you had tickets for sold out Gig at the Arena that started at 8pm would you pitch up at 5 mins to 8, knowing they may be massive crowds outside?
No i wouldnt but I would know I could go to the Arena at any time.
When I tried to log in yesterday the system clearly stated you cannot have access until 12pm

Not calling anyone a liar but I really don’t see how so many people have had problems. It literally takes less than a minute to do online

I've never had issues either. People will always twist mind. You can order online, if you can't do online then you can go in person. If they opened the phones it would be slow as, less people in the ticket office serving in person and slower queues than were on social media yesterday. Can't win really with the minority of people. I do wonder if the people that have card issues are missing something really easy like if they're doing auto fill and it's not formatting it correctly or missing a number off.

to be fair if you said the website opens at 11:20 you'd get 20k people refreshing the page at that time which will most likely crash the site haha, presume they (and every other ticket selling site) open earlier to get users trickling on and forming the queue

The difference is you always have access to the shop and it doesnt say you cant come until 12pm.

How about season ticket holders not been able to get tickets? How about the shit communications? How about turning off the emails and telephones? How about hundreds going to the ticketless office to sort out issues? How about turning people away from the ticket office? Apart from that it's been 👍

Shit communications? But 45,000 have managed to do it?

It might all be genuine faults, but it cant be a shit show when its sold out.

Yeah you can stand outside all you want but you can’t come until 12pm, if at 12 you let everyone in you wouldn’t fit. So you let them in small groups at a time and fairest way is the order you arrived
