Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I see ADD TO SEASON CARD now so why does it say above you will receive a digital ticket which you can download or print out.
My mum has purchased her ticket , in her usual seat and is having kittens as she has not received it by email yet.
It’s a standard email format for buying tickets.
In this case, if you’re buying your own SC seat the your SC will be updated. If you’re buying a new seat or non SC seat then a digital tickets will be sent.
 

On the order summary on the website it says the ticket name, seat number etc then at the bottom "add to season card (same seat only)

So you have to assume cards are activated BUT ONLY if your using your season card seat
 
I can't get down ticket office until Saturday so no way of collecting until before then.

Why can they just activate the STC's, it's a joke as usual.

My invoice states the ticket will be sent digitally and if you don't receive contact the ticket office, which I did.

Digital tickets will be sent to your email address shortly after receiving this email. If you don't receive these tickets by email, please contact [email protected] with your customer number and query.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET SEAT, YOUR SEASON CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED.

We all get that message it just means it’s activated on your season card
 
Absolutely mental how the Gmail issue persists. It'll just be some config setting with the clubs email provider one would have thought.

Edit: this was an issue last year for Wembley tickets. A whole year. Maybe longer!
I've said on here before it seems to be a Ticketmaster issue, not the club. I have had the same issue all season with tickets from Swansea (who also use Ticketmaster). I use gmail and have not had a single confirmation email all season. The tickets always get through to me but never the confirmations.
