RAW is always bad because of how long it is. It had KO/Sami v Imperium, 2 triple threats and the 2nd round of the tournament. In a normal SD episode that would be a 10/10 but all the ad breaks it's not enough.

The crowd was really bad too. Sound team had to turn up crowd volume so you could hear the minority singing to Rollins' theme.

Yup, far too long nowadays. I remember from about 97-2000 I'd always be gutted to see the Titan Sports/WWF logo appear in the lower corner of the screen because that meant Raw was ending, now you can't wait for it to end ha.

Ah man, that's really bad. The live crowds are battered with ads on the big screens though out so not surprised
 
Nigel McGuiness has applied to Trademark his name in relation to wrestling exhibitions/performances.

Are we getting him Vs Bryan Danielson for one last dance at Wembo?
 
Rumours of a new AEW TV deal with WarnerMedia. More money involved but they have exclusivity. Which means FiteTV will have to go.

That partnership with a European based streamer platform like DAZN etc is pretty much exactly why they went for Wembley. Unless you feel like signing up for HBO Max and paying about $70 per PPV.

Good for them but can they make their TV make sense please? Not much to ask.
 
AEW man. What's this shite they've got Briscoe doing?! Him against MJF should've been nailed on! Instead MJF is f***ing on with these three numbnuts!

Well for starters I read all the time on here AEW don’t do a good job of introducing wrestlers so going off that basis you know nowt about him (not you specifically) so why should he be challenging for the world title?

Secondly just because his brother has passed away doesn’t mean you give him the world title and scrap six month of angles.

Thirdly he’s probably going to win the ROH TV or main title in a redemption arc they started recently. I’d have no problem giving him TNT title mind, might make me care about it.

And finally tbh he isn’t good enough to hold the world title, he’s a solid tag wrestler which unfortunately we will never see again, he’s a solid midcard as well but he’s nowhere near ready for the main title on live tv.

Edit- plus nobody is beating MJF until minimum end of the year anyways.

Yeah, you do build him up after his brother died seen as they were the most respected wrestlers outside (and kept outside) of the mainstream. That's exactly what you do in wrestling. Build him up as the outsider and MJF is the smug young kid who has the belt!

That's exactly what you should do.

Mate you can have that opinion i don’t care, I completely disagree with you though, you don’t give the lad a world title because his brother passed away and this is coming from one of the biggest Briscoes fans going.

Well if you’ve actually read my posts you would see I’ve criticised “the 4 pillar” promos 😂 and I’ve criticised AEW a shit load 🤷‍♂️

The reason I comment on AEW post is because that’s what i watch 😂 just like if people talked about NJPW, I’m not going to comment of the WWE because I don’t watch it enough to care.

I watch all of it aswell and have done for 30 years plus years. And yeah I've read your posts and still think you're wrong because wrestling is based on emotions. That's the perfect scenario for a company like AEW to build and use a wrestler like that. Instead, MJF and three knackers in the ME. Good keep watching NJPW, you'll know all the "who the fuck is he?" When they run down on AEW

MJF is great imo. Sammy and Perry should be nowhere near it. Darby I like. I just think the whole thing could easily be made better.
