Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Pretty sure the club said any season card holder who has taken their own seat will have their card activated.

No idea how that works for next year's season card holders as there are no season cards, so logic would be a digital ticket will be emailed to those people and those who have changed seats?

In theory aye mate but i've not received the digital ticket but do have the confirmation email saying we got the seat.

I’m going to guess we had an almost identical thread about Sheff Wed a year ago. From memory, ground entry was fine. Everyone was in with plenty of time to spare making a load of noise.

Aye mate tomorrow, sounds plausible that, can only hope as if not it's a trip up to the TO for me
Just to piss on your chips a bit, I've just checked last year's semi final email (I didn't have a current season card but one for the following season)

I got emailed confirmation and then on the same day an email with the tickets as an attachment.

Aye mate i expected an email same as usual yesterday, no idea whether to wait until tomorrow when queue likely even bigger or go up today and sort it.

can't remember the exact sequence of ticketing sales, but we didn't take our ST seats as we were dotted all over at the time, so we moved about 8 of us to sit together, but by the time we went to buy the tickets there was only a few groups of 3 or 4 dotted around. then a few days later, loads of big blocks of seats started popping up all over. i think it was done in a similar way to this.

at the moment theres hardly any seats left in the south stand for instance , but we know there is a full block of about 10 seats wide all the way up from row 1 to the back row that are empty, as they came on sale at the last minute for the watford game. but those seats aren't available right now

maybe some time in the far distant future, the technology will exist that allows someone at the club to answer all of these very basic, but very probable and likely frequently asked questions to be addressed in the first statement regarding ticket sales

it seems to be a common occurrence. for 90% of fans its a doddle, as you are doing a straight forward transaction (like activating your own seat or renewing your own seat) but as soon as someone needs to do something that isn't the most basic transaction, you seem to come to a brick wall of no information and no communication pretty much straight away

Yeah, if you've purchased your own season ticket seat, your season card just gets activated.

Going to imagine a digital ticket as your season card will have your season card seat number printed on it. Otherwise you’re just remembering where you’re sitting on the day.
Makes sense.

So there'll be people encountering email digital ticket issue for 1st time who've never had to think about it before.

I was wondering why we're seeing so many questions about digital tickets when we've got a canny size number of Current SC holders
