Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


I'm having an absolute nightmare. Logged into my daughter's account and paid for her ticket no bother, tried to log into mine but I can't remember the password so for the last 2 hours it's been a mix of being locked out of the account for 30mins and not receiving a single password re-set email. Worried now with only a day to go before the deadline my seat will go if this doesn't get resolved.
If it’s any consolation, I’m not receiving any password reset emails either.
 
Why can’t the ticket office take queries? I might be able to make the game but won’t be able to get home before to collect my season card. Is there an option for a digital ticket?
Buy a seat somewhere else and you get a pdf ticket emailed.

Unless you're on Gmail, which is a lottery.

Normally, assign works perfectly well. But it seems to have went tits up this time round.

I'll be managing tickets if we make the final, that's for sure.
What do you do? Buy a ticket then assign it to someone? What's that mean, that it goes on their season card or what?

Those in our group with season cards have ordered tickets, I have been assigned to order 4 additional tickets on Thursday.

I thought that it’d be best to check my account details ASAP, I might get sorted by Thursday!
 
If you buy a ticket for your own seat it just gets added to your season card right? - and the email receipt about a digital ticket is incorrect?
