I don't even have a card to delete off it as I never had one saved! Just thought it would be a good idea to speed up the process for Thursday and get my details saved.

Unfortunately I'm concerned now that when I try to process payment on Thursday with the aforementioned cards that won't seem to save, it will give me the same errors, as the same thing has happened to @Clavas today.
 

Same here, i mean i will go in and sort it in the end if i have to but i'm not exactly local, hopefully it will get sorted.
Have you purchased your own current seat? If so, your own current card will be activated for your current seat. I’ve purchased two completely different seats so am expecting etickets for both me and my son.
 
I got a conformation email i just never got the 2nd one i usually get with the digital ticket.
Sounds like it's a common fault then, I've emailed Chris Waters but got his usual reply of wait 5 days for a reply.
I've resigned myself to taking some time off work on Friday to go to ticket office to get it sorted.
Going from what people are saying today it will be a 2 hour wait. Bullshit that we have to do stuff like this for the club who want to go totally digital.
 
What was going on down that side with the bloke (Preston fan) who had the brolly? It looked like he got up after each of the first and second goal offering people out.

He was just being a tit mate. Goading our lot at every opportunity and it seemed to anger him greatly when we just laughed at him.
 
Hi guys

Trying to reserve seat for my nephew and his grandad on their account. They have had a half season ticket since Xmas and secured it already for next season.

When we log onto their account it states seat is reserved. However when we go to pay it doesn’t let us enter bank details.

I have tried on 2 computers and 2 phones and running into the same issue.

Can anybody help?
 
I'm having an absolute nightmare. Logged into my daughter's account and paid for her ticket no bother, tried to log into mine but I can't remember the password so for the last 2 hours it's been a mix of being locked out of the account for 30mins and not receiving a single password re-set email. Worried now with only a day to go before the deadline my seat will go if this doesn't get resolved.
 
Too early to call , as season ticket seats are held back until Thursday.
Even if the owner of the ticket buys a different seat.
Once they all unlock we will know.
