Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


My brother has given up after trying all day to get his reserved ticket because of this friggin "common despatch method" error. He hasn't got the time to take time off his work and stand for hours in a queue at the ticket office soo he has just bought a different seat instead. Yes he has managed to get a ticket but this is an absolute Shambles and the club need to get their act together and sort this crap out. Fans are being treat like shit when it comes to buying tickets.

Try logging into your daughters and adding you to her network, I think you get an email so she can manage your tickets, accept that then activate your card on her account?
 
Have bought all 3 season ticket seats for Luton at home just now. They go on to your existing season cards. I was pretty sure season ticket holders could buy one extra ticket, is that still the case?

I've done that mate, changed the preference from assign tickets to manage tickets and I was told I would be sent an email which I haven't received. Then did the opposite to try that with the same result. Looked in all folders, spam, trash etc and there's nothing.

Do they go on your cards?
When I purchased mine the wording was “your ticket will be emailed soon”
