Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Mine took two minutes online for me and my dad. Hope everyone else gets sorted.

I really hope there’s some investment in the infrastructure of the ticket office. It’s such a chew and risks alienating so many.

Having travelled the world and been in some of the most dangerous cities in Asia and South America without doubt the one night Iwe spent in Luton last year made me realise calling it a sh*those does not do it justice...probably the most desperate lawless apparently drug riven outpost of the British Empire. We had our phones stolen by druggies in wetherspoons...staff not interested, and plod took 90 mins to answer call and give an incident number. Horrible place

It's a cookie issue. They send a specific cookie that is then sent back with a request to check if you need to perform a captcha check and you've ended up stuck with an invalid one (or somehow you have javascript disabled).

Easiest solution is to just use a private browser window to getpast the issue. Alternatively open up dev tools in your browser, go to the Application tab and delete cookies, local and session storage for that site.
Sadly done both of these and its made not a scrap of difference.

At 70+ years I think I've lost the will to fight SAFC to buy a ticket and the thought of the problems to come with season tickets..........

Thanks mate - I've tried all that but it hasn't helped. It's so frustrating. Everything else on the SAFC website works. And the ticketing section has worked OK right up until today. I have no idea what's wrong and I can't seem to do a thing about it. Mystifying. I'll have to get someone else's laptop to do it.
