Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


I was next to it. Basically some edgy Preston fan was acting himself and chucked a bottle into our end. The bottle was quickly returned and for maybe 30 seconds afterwards, there was a bit of nonsense with a couple of bottles going back and forwards.

I didn’t see a child get hit with a bottle but the police and stewards were slow to react. There was a small group of Preston fans that should have been dealt with below the bottles started
 
I saw one Preston fan being frogmarched out by police after the game. He was lead out of their stand and then behind the goal in front of the SAFC fans. Think they had him in cuffs
He was the idiot that spent all game flicking wanks at our lot . He was stood next to an older bloke with a floppy hat on who was just as bad. They were as close to our lot as he possibly could be.

If anyone in phone is getting that pardon your interruption message on phone/tablet. Turn WiFi off. Managed to do it over 4G. Dunno if it has owt with me being on TalkTalk.
 
Am I the only person that has not received an actual confirmation email, have screenshots of the transaction having gone through with the reference number on but no email🤷‍♂️
I have not received mine but ...

went over to the stadium for other tickets. The queue was closed with about 2 hours of work queue. so that means ticket office closing about 6.30pm -7pm.

Poor lassie at the end of the queue, telling everybody queue was closed will be at her wits end.

However she did answer some queries.

If you have a season card and buying the same seat, the ticket will be added to that card.

Just scroll down to the very bottom of the email and its says added to card (if same seat)- £0.00

So it is not plainly clear that ticket is being added to card but it is.

ticket office opening up at 10am tomorrow. Said there was about a 2 hour queue, when they opened up this morning, so they expect roughly the same tomorrow but as she said, she cannot know what will happen tomorrow

the issue is apparently, just not enough staff for the demand. However, I remember queuing for hours 20+ years ago re the Charlton play off final, so think people just have to accept it is what it is.
 
if you are in the queue and get to go onto the website to buy tickets the first thing you need to do is click on the small face in the top right corner this will take you to the sign in page enter the required details and then sign in, is should come up with all of you're bubble and you can then choose to buy them or not and then check out.
i was at the ticket office last week as i had a problem with one of my bubble and got it all sorted out in 5 minutes so that all 5 of us can manage each others tickets if required and it only took me 2 minutes this morning once i got on the site with a confirmation email less than a minute later, hope this helps and good luck
I didn't queue, I just logged into my account. I could see my mam and sister in My Network but the only ticket in my Reserved Tickets was my own, and there was no way for me to select their seats. 🤷‍♂️ Doesn't matter, though, I just logged into each of our accounts individually and bought the tickets.
 
Supporters with 100+ Black Cat Points will be able to secure their seat tomorrow from 10am to 12 noon.

Subject to availability, phase two will also take place tomorrow and fans with 95+ Black Cat Points will be able to purchase a ticket from 1pm to 5pm.

Supporters are advised that all seats are unreserved and tickets are priced as follows:

Adults: £30
Over-65s and Under-22s: £24
Over-75s and Under-19s: £21
Under-17s: £12
Under-10s: £9

As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. etc etc etc


Now, I've seen this before but usually there's a box to tick something like "I am not a robot" but not now. There's nothing else, no box, nothing! All I get is that message and I cannot go any further.

No matter what I try I can't get past this. I'm going to be panicking soon.

Any tech wizards out there know what to do?
