Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Which is correct. But this bloody stupid “common delivery method” error is causing mayhem and not a single word from the club about what they are doing to resolve it. They really do lose the good faith they have built up with shambolic issues like this.

The Mrs ( no ) has been on and paid for my season ticket seat while I’ve been grafting -do I use my card as normal or need to print something off ?

2022-23 Season Ticket holders are advised that your seat is reserved within your e-ticketing account and your existing Season Card will be activated for this fixture upon purchase
So im not getting a printable e ticket then ? Why doesnt the confirmation email say so ?
 
ive ordered 2 tickets, got the confirmation email, which stated e-tickets to be sent. not received the e-tickets as yet. still have to go the stadium to upgrade a child card to an adult as cant do it online

this was asked earlier and your season card will be activated,the way i read it there won't be an email
 
But the queues wouldn't be as long if the online purchase system worked properly without all these errors. That's what is causing the issue and it is a joke that there are no Comms about what is being done to resolve it.
I know I'm with you, I just think there is probably a case of them not having the bodies. They could've said they're open in person Monday / Wednesday / Friday or something and opened the phone lines the other days like. Comms isn't their strong point is it.

But….I can’t add the bairns to my order. She’s in my network, but can’t seem to see anyway of adding the ticket to the basket and just doing one transaction.

If you can’t, not the end of the world, I’ll just have to try and remember her password for her log in. Just not sure if I’m missing something canny simple

The only thing I can think is are you set up to "manage" tickets for her?

Go to her profile and click on manage and not assign, you may need to get permission again

When I went through it, it had the name under the price on one ticket, nothing on the other. I clicked on the same area on the 2nd ticket and it dropped down to show my mates name. Clicked on it and purchased 2 tickets.
 
Wish the club would take back its own ticketing from Ticketmaster.

I am absolutely dreading going to the match on Saturday and my season card not working, as has happened before.

I couldn't work that out either like, so had to do it in 2 transactions.
