Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


have you correctly MANAGED and ASSIGNED all folk correctly in your Network?

If you haven't this time around, it may pay you to try again just to be sure

MANAGE means the other persons must approve an email sent to the from your account.

Because I have 6 folk allocated as part of my network (3 STH's) its allowing me to pickup 3 tickets that are "reserved" in my basket - which is correct

that is because those 3 (including me) have given MANAGE and ASSIGN privileges to each other

However, it looks like part time season card holders can't buy for some reason or another

Looks like part time season card holders can't buy for some reason, maybe they still manually adding them?

But do you still have them in your network and if so what permissions are set?

I had the same issue (couldn't buy separately in different transactions either) and only way to fix it was to change all permissions to manage rather than assign


Yeah won't come through on Gmail. I haven't got emails for years (although I do get the emails with the tickets attached).

I think the only way you will get round it is having the ticket office change the email on your account to something non-gmail


My Natwest does (I think) but you had to have all the login details and pass FaceID to get it so seems secure enough
You can change the email address yourself by logging into your account and changing your personal details. No need to go through the ticket office

You can get them now even if your season ticket is for next year. I’ve bought my daughter her first season ticket for next season and got a Luton ticket allocated to her.
Have you had it sent by email straight away?
Did it go to your email or hers?
I'm having bother with the same thing I've done for my dads

i tried everything this morning and it wouldnt let me so i logged out and in as the other person, if it was a Wembley situation i wouldnt be able to do that ..................... saying that in a Wembley situation it has never been a problem

Can you not log into your SAFC ticketing account? I taken it ya Gmail linked?
