Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

If you live in the area you'd be better off going up the ticket office one day this week when it's not as busy to buy your ticket rather than do it online, they'll just print you one off there and then. If not then give them a ring.
 
Me and the bairn have a ST each next season; which it looks like we can get tickets from tomorrow. Does anybody know if I could upgrade his ticket to an adult one for this game?

Should be able to just choose adult or u16 etc and just assign to his number. I've never had an issue.

If it's like the Fulham cup game then not online. I had to buy mine and the bairn's, then ring up to get it refunded and recharged as an adult ticket. Didn't get an option to change ticket type as it was reserved for us.

Obviously if the phone line is closed, it's hopefully more easily sorted in person.

I’ll try the web tomorrow. I’ll get 2 tickets regardless and try get it sorted.

That's mental I was sure in previous seasons EFL set prices as they get most of the money. Rest split between the clubs.
 
I actually hate the way that ticketing is handled has me dreading this game.


I don't get emails from the club when I buy tickets.

When I bought mine and the bairn's tickets for the Fulham game, our season cards didn't work when we got there and we couldn't get in.

I'm dreading turning up and not being able to get in and being sent to a mega queue to with a crying child to have an argument in the ticket office.
 
So just looked back to last season semi final at home and 2021/2022 SC were activated and you had time to secure your own seat, then released if not taken up

This season home semi final SCH 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 can buy in phase one. How's that going to work if they have same seat allocated?

I imagine the 23/24 season card holder can buy in a different place.
