Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Hopefully they just activate your season card and you can also activate your mates on the friends and family section of your SAFC account

I mustn’t be the only supporter who in a funny way almost hopes we won’t get to Wembley. Frequenting pretty much every post since the message board began that has asked for help and advice has been met with extreme levity. It’s laughed off. Made light of. It’s an insult and a slap in the face. But then it’s in the way Mackems are. There’s a reason why there’s no Sunderland branch of the Samaritans. But fact remains is the final does clash with very important times in our life which makes it very difficult for us to go.

Take me for example. I’m away 12 whole days and no sooner than I return then I must ask for two days off from work having only worked one! I come back on Monday 22nd, I’m not in on the Tuesday and Wednesday, I work the Thursday and I’m asking to be off again on the Friday and Saturday! Talk about diabolical liberties! The cheek of me to ask for two days of so soon after being away for over a week. Mackems can’t see the position that puts me in. I would love to go back again and do what my lass and I did at the Charlton Athletic playoff final but it’s hard for me to do that.

Yes. Didnt read the rest.

Is there some sort of option you select when purchasing that gives you a separate ticket rather than activating your season card?

The difference is there are many who plan their entire lives around SAFC and would never have taken holidays so close to the final. I did that for years. Like you I may miss this time if we make it

Soz if asked already, but is a SCH one for the current season, or next season or both?

I have one for next year, just hoping I am included in phase 1.

if you have a ST for next season already bought and paid for, but don't have one for this current season, then you are in Phase 1.

I just don't think you are a guaranteed next seasons ST seat, as it may well already be someone elses seat for this season

not entirely sure. we'll find out at 10am

It will be this season i imagine

Edit - actually is says both this season and next season. This season u get your seat. If u have a ST for next season only u can purchase a ticket. Not necessarily in your seat for next season.

It'll be this season as they are effectively buying their seat for one game (plus the option of another ticket). No need to panic, you'll get a ticket on Thursday no problem.

Cheers. I hope so as I’ve bought the train ticket and hotel already. I thought the match ticket would be the east part. :D

Unlucky. Although you could just ask for the extra holidays at work. I’d guess you probably are the only supporter that doesn’t want to see us at Wembley though
