Won’t be. It’s 47,000 when there’s a sold out away end. They are bringing around 1000 according to be various sources. Will be around 45.5, unless they release more blocks for us to buy.
But it shouldn’t be. A sold out away end and home end will should he 48500+

Watford haven’t sold 1000 and the front of the concourse is about 700 tickets. Even allowing for a bit of segregation if it’s sold out it should be around 46800

The capacity of the ground isn’t 49,000. Why do you think whenever we have sold out against the mags the attendance has been around 47,000.

Building costs are capital expenditure, and only hit cash flow, not profit. Given the ground is valued as an investment property, and not at cost, its impact in P&L terms is zero. Fund it from long-term external finance, and it's more than sustainable.

This makes no sense, mate.

Call it the P&L, the balance sheet, cashflow, or whatever you want to call it; but in the end you need to be able to pay for it.

A bit like you building a conservatory. You can only pay for it if you have the money now or you're expecting money in the future. Whether or not you call the means to pay my account, the joint account, or the money under the floorboards; doesn't matter one bit.

SAFC cannot afford to extend the stadium unless there is guaranteed income as a result to offset those costs/borrowings, and there isn't as it stands.

There are pretty much 49000 seats in the ground. Take away unsold seats and front of NSU it should be around 46500/47000.

The mags haven’t had the front of the NSU and more segregation.

There isnt. When other clubs sell out it is around the given capacity figure. We have never been around 49,000. In the last 10 years. Party Due to the press box being moved. Saturday will be around 45.5 given Watfords unsold tickets and the front of the north stand upper not being used

I disagree. I think it would look better with seats behind both goals. And corners. (A bit like Old Trafford and Celtic Park. But that's just my opinions.

It's 66,000 not 63,000. 11,000 extra all the way from South to North

I think we originally got planning permission for 66k, but the truth is, it could be considerably higher. Should defo consider expanding it if we go up though, got to think towards the future.
