CC :: Durham v Worcestershire

I’ve emailed our new members liaison office to see if she can enlighten us.
She is no longer in post !
E mailed her a week ago and had had no reply. Phoned up today, to be told she was "no longer in post".
That worked well.

Wonder if she even started, first id heard of her was that forum after the students game and not sure if that was before or after she was hired

She joined the club on 20th March this year according to her fb page. Barely 3 and a half weeks ago. Very odd.

Update to members on club website 28th March

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

As outlined as part of this year’s membership benefits, we have recently recruited a membership manager to the team. Adele has just joined the team and is currently settling in to the role. Anyone involved in local Cricket may be aware of Adele who is heavily involved with Peterlee and is the fixtures secretary for Durham and North East Cricket League.

Adele will be available via email or in the clubs Welcome Hub which is open Monday – Friday 8.30am-4pm and matchdays. She will help members with any enquiries and is also available to listen to any suggestions or issues you may have. Adele will also be helping to arrange members evenings and events.

You can contact Adele at – [email protected]
Wonder if she was appointed "after an extensive recruitment exercise".

At this point perhaps we shouldn't all dive in with both feet, we've no idea why and there may be understandable reasons behind this.

@The Red Telephone what's the weather report from the locality? Although we understand the microclimate of the Riverside means it could be totally different to where you are 😅

Every one is different:
BBC - light rain all day
Weather.com -Dry until 2pm then rain
Met Office -Shower at 10am then dry until 3pm.
BBC TV - Could escape with just odd shower.
Me looking out the front door - Dry and chilly with dark cloud over the cricket ground.
