Attendance Thread - Hull City

Please keep these coming, I appreciate these updates and find them interesting. 40k is a fabulous effort, good turnout from Hull City too which helps. The bigger away support usually helps the atmosphere

Hetton is a very informative poster. I've no problem with he or she. Though he or she does seem to antagonise some posters and seems to enjoy it. Done nowt to me though.

There will be less than 569 now n all. Always baffles me when it gets to this stage how the club are so slow off the mark opening blocks in the concourse. Once it's singles in the lower bowl the whole concourse should open imo.
It can only be based on number of stewards needed, gate staff, kiosks and safety imo. If everyone is in two blocks it is easier to control and manage. If everyone is scattered across the entire stand it will be much harder. The demand is not there for the whole stand yet, so sell the cheaper tickets first.

This is my guess, no idea if it is correct. But that would be how I’d do it to maximise cost vs revenue. They’ll have the numbers.

You have more faith in them then I do, they've been turning money away for months now regarding kits for kids. I don't have faith they have the numbers or even if they do that they have any f***ing clue how to maximize revenue.

Aye it could well be.. I just feel one block at a time is crap.. Start by opening two blocks and if one block gets to singles then open another so there is always two blocks open at one time. One at a time is just daft as a lot of people will look at only being the last couple of rows available right in the gods and it's not appealing to most.

Any advice on where to eat before the game? Any famous Wearside delicacies I need to try? Never really a fan of the usual stadium fayre

Is the most obvious (and probably correct answer), surely?
