Mind you as mentioned the rules seem to be made of sponge cake these days so wouldn’t shock me if there wasn’t anything covering the placement of front wheels in a grid spot.

None of the tyre is allowed outside the box or overlapping outside of the box

"must be stationary at its allocated grid box with no part of the contact patch of its front tyres outside of the lines (front and sides) at the time of the start signal".

So as long as the tyre that's touching the ground isn't over the line he is ok, it's mighty close.
