We attract over 38k in the champo and have attracted mid to high 40's. Our averages in the PL were well over 40k. If we're expecting to continue to grow, we should be considering extending. We're not all capped at low 30s like Boro, although it is very good all the same for a club of your size that regularly punches above your weight.

Not sure why I’m replying sensibly but nevertheless…. Sunderland has more potential for legacy which bids quite like. I’m not sure if you’ve been to either the SoL or St James but there’s not much between it in terms of stadium quality and size. The SoL is better from an access point of view as well hence why big artists play there every summer

The Aviva should get games but not croke park. It’s a GAA stadium that wanted nothing to do with football before 2005.
The Casement redevelopment won’t happen either.
