I was initially skeptical about Stokes as a captain as great players don't always make great captains but he has shown himself to be a fantastic leader and a accomplished student of the game.

I think it did . He was a great bowler and got plenty of caps but Duncan fletcher didn't pick him loads of times because of him not working hard enough at his overall game.
