If people aren't sure it's racist then they shouldn't sing it.

I honestly don’t think some will think it’s racist. Undoubtably some will, but after seeing Lukaku’s video with him laughing about it and then seeing his half-hearted ‘plea’ a while later, for everyone to move on it appears that some weren’t bothered by it.

Because of the stereotype of black men having big cocks. Same as the stereotype‘s others have mentioned - Dutch being tall, Jews being careful with money, Indians being good at Maths. No one has ever been denied a job, not allowed to eat or drink in certain places, been stopped and searched for no reason on the street, had monkey chants at football matches chanted at them, been attacked and killed at a bus stop by a gang of racist things in south London because they are a tall Dutch person ever.
