Might not be though, hence why it continues to be sung

I'm not sure it's 'racist', though. Racism is discrimination against a person based on race. I don't think using a harmless positive stereotype is racism. A racial stereotype is not necessarily a racist one.
His name fits the scansion.I don't understand why this particular 'song' is attached to this lad.
We have other black players.
Is this a lyrical/rhyming issue?
The bottom line is, the player has asked for it to stop. So stop it must.

Park said himself he didn’t like the lyrics when he found out what they were saying. I can’t remember United doing anything like this regarding Park but they did for Lukaku (a similar chant to this)It’s a song, it’s a shit song!
I don’t get the racial bit though? Far too many snowflakes about these days!
Man Utd used to sing “Park, Park, Wherever you may be, You eat dogs in your own country” there was no kick off and begging fans not sing it then?

I’m pretty sure it’s to do with slave owners warning their daughters/wives about animalistic/hyper-sexual black men (or something along those lines).Honestly, I don't know. If there's a racist origin to it then obviously I will change my mind, but I doubt many if any of those singing it would know either.

It’a not a positive stereotype. Stop this.
