Skimmed over all those links and couldn’t find anything to do with their ownership structure which was my original point. Can you show me what I’m missing in those links or provide more specific ones

Don’t know about ownership structure but their stadium is called the Prince Khalid Bin Sultan stadium which appears to be the ex Saudi minister of defence and cousin of MBS.

I now realise why it's taking over a week to get a simple response to an email about tickets when they're having to deal with stuff like this
