Sunderland will face Saudi Arabian opposition Al Shabab in Friendly (poll in Parsnip)

Fail to see why people are emailing Chris mind. He has no sway in these things. If people have an issue then contact the club.
I might have misremembered, but I'm sure he'd told someone on here that he was collating feedback to present to the club?

I emailed the club asking if season card holders who were ashamed of the clubs actions would be offered a partial refund

Obviously I'm well aware they won't offer that. I just didn't know what else to say to show my disgust in an email

Partial refund based on what? Is this game part of the cost of your season ticket?

Don't see how you have any grounds at all to ask for a refund imo.

No one has yet to tell me what this Saudi club, it’s players or owners have done to warrant this ridiculous reaction.
Jesus we are playing Iran in a World Cup tie on Monday

 wtf?
Another rancid decision from this “leadership group”.
What are the other "rancid decisions" that they've made?

Just being from Saudi Arabia basically.
No, just those who use mag deflection tactics.

Absolutely no need for the club to put themselves in this position given the wider context of sports washing in football.

Don’t want SAFC and what we stand for anywhere near or associated with what the Saudi’s stand for.
Who are they sports washing? Saudi Arabia is detested amongst our support, as if that's going to change because of a nothing friendly on neutral territory that our fans won't even watch.
