my favourite programme. I keep telling people that fishing isn’t the point, its about friendship and growing old but as I fish not sure they believe me.
 
Just watched the latest episode. Another terrific series comes to an end.

It's worth pointing out that Feargal Sharkey, although he's in his mid 60s, has the hair of a man in his 20s.

He looks healthier and younger now, imo, than when he was on TOTP wearing a parka, or whatever it was.

He also speaks well and enthusiastically and seems a jolly nice chep.
 
Just watched the Xmas special one with Chris Rea, canny little episode, as health scares go, Rea hasn't half been through the mill with his one in the 90s:eek:
