And most of those players would walk into our side including Diallo.Man Utd aren’t renowned for wasting money tbf like
They’ve only spent 1.4 billion in the last ten year or so
Good job you didn't have to explain what they were really singing tbfIll be honest one of my highlights of tonight was explaining to my 10yr old son what people were singing;
"Dad, why are people singing armadillo?"![]()

It is. Ball just sticks to his footHis first touch is outstanding
Mowbray subs were a bit erratic like. Clarke should never be shifted from the left.He's got the lot if he really wants it. His touch and he seems to glide with the ball at his feet. But, you can tell he is low on confidwnce when presented with the chance to shoot. He is the only player who can play up there and link the players around him. We lost it when he was taken off far too early...don't get me started on Dajaku![]()
Agree mate. I've posted this about 4 times now....Clarke comes to life in his role last 20 mins when the full back is knackered. Look back at Reading, Rotherham games etc. May aswel take him off playing him cemtral like Mowbray did Saturday and tonight for a while. Keep him on the left.Mowbray subs were a bit erratic like. Clarke should never be shifted from the left.
Not on his own.He’s clearly a talented footballer and has plenty to offer us.
He’s just never a centre forward in a million years.
Absolutely agree… but don’t think he’s the solution to our short term striking crisis unfortunately. He came far too deep at times and doesn’t want to run in behindHis first touch is excellent, made some canny passes too. Needs a run of games and more confidence, there’s a player there.
He didn’t play ‘up there’ he dropped in deep, which invited them to step up and he tried playing in an even more congested area.He's got the lot if he really wants it. Was he shite shocking. And he was our main focal point in the first half.He didn’t play ‘up there’ he dropped in deep, which invited them to step up and he tried playing in an even more congested area.
Their centre backs knew they weren’t going to be turned round with him on the pitch and when he did drop in he lost it in a couple of really dangerous areas and was easily brushed off the ball.
I have sympathy because he’s obviously a winger but he was shocking at times tonight.
Got to keep Diallo in the team.I thought he was poor in the role he was chosen to play. He was coming far too deep and going out wide too. We needed a player to play the majority of the game upfront, he didn't do that. He made the wrong decision a couple of times when well placed to shoot too.
I'd start Bennette ahead of him. He wants it more and creates more too.
