Not required when Tynedale dodged the rain on Saturday and pipped Newcastle City for the NTCL title . Newcastle City didn't have Clubmark and weren't in the frame.Brandon also didn't have it although they won the DNECL.Durham City were runners up but would only have played the Play Off if Tynedale remained second.

Remember, when discussing mileage in the NEPL, that the Friday evening T20 group stages could result in clubs being sent many miles for a 6pm start. Tynemouth had to get to Lanchester the other year, which is a right schlep

At least they wont be in the same league. That's a long travel for club cricket.
Played at Scarborough Thirds as kid and we would always be at places like Castleford, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham. Nearest place was York or Hull in that league each of those was 45 miles

Hearing rumours Whitburn might be in bother from NEPL about their overseas player from this year. Visa troubles possibly. Sure Sunderland and Eppleton will be watching developments with interest.
Didn't realise they had an overseas. Must have come for the 2nd half of the season.

It would only benefit Sunderland as Eppleton finished bottom.

Always a drama at the end of each season
